Im Liam.

Father, Partner, Photographer, Art director, Set builder, Lighting guru and everything else that falls in between. Ive been professional since 2011, but ive been creating images since i was a child (not all of them good).

Now I make images that feel authentic, honouring the existing beauty while working with the small details. Striving to enhance them.

My style produces luminous dynamic movement, soft yet crisp focal points. Powerful but delicate messaging. Fluid but striking.

One of the biggest skills in my wheel house is creating and sculpting textures with light. It could be skin or fabric. I know how to bring out the best with what i’m working with.

Its not just one thing that creates an image, its all the slight nuances that all build together. I spent a lot of my career aiming for perfection, when in reality its the little quirks that makes art. The little glimmer of a laugh in a models eye. The shutter speed being a slither too slow. All the unpredictable elements that we’ve all experienced on set or on location. This is where i’ve found the heart of my work is.

I also have a background in engineering. I will always help and get my hands dirty helping to build a set. I can cast a logical eye to all processes, and if theres something i don’t know or understand, i wont be satisfied until i’ve found a solution.
